Middle School Accelerated Math

Ed Pawley has been teaching Mathematics at Holy Spirit School since 1984. Mr. Pawley teaches 6th through 8th Grade accelerated Math at both Holy Spirit and Notre Dame in Vacaville every day, Monday through Friday. After school, he tutors students of almost any age.

Mr. Pawley has two children, Sarah and EJ. He also has 4 grandsons, ages 9, 10, 15, and 19. One of them was born on his birthday, August 9th! His wife of 42 years works for the Solano County Sherriff's Department, and they both love their careers very much. Mr. Pawley also has a Mini Schnauzer named Fred. Fred is a girl. He calls her his 'girlfred'. No, his wife is not jealous!

In addition to teaching, Mr. Pawley loves music and plays guitar - it is his favorite thing to do in his spare time. He is in a band named Rockoustix that plays all over Solano County. He likes all kinds of food (not surprising as he has a degree in culinary arts in addition to a B.S. in Computer Systems Management) and has been known to eat way too much chocolate!
