Motor skills and movement patterns – students show knowledge of maintaining fitness along with strategies to improve their health.
The PE program at Holy Spirit teaches the fundamental skills and awareness that all students need to sustain a physically active and healthy lifestyle. Students will become confident, develop social skills, learn leadership, obtain personal goals, be responsible, and better their physical fitness. Students attend PE class twice a week for 35-45 minute sessions.
